Minimum requirements are: Entry level position: Minimal experience necessary. On the job training will be provided. Basic hand tools are required. Pay range from $15 - $18 per hour plus bonuses and benefits. Experienced Carpenter/ Site Foreman: Minimum five years experience necessary. Additional training will be provided on an as-needed basis. Applicant must have experience reading plans, layout, framing methods, and installation of decking and railings. Applicants must be able to set daily goals, maintain company construction standards, and lead a crew. Experience working with composite decking is a plus. Pay range from $24 - $34 per hour plus bonuses and benefits. Our benefits include paid Holidays, Vacation, Health, Dental, Vision.
