Experience a plus but not necessary. We are looking for the right candidate who is capable of and, more importantly, willing to sand boat bottoms, haul, power wash and block boats, complete paint work on boat bottoms, wax, detail, and clean boats and is motivated to work daily for a small team. Smartphone skills are a plus as well. Applicants must love working outside with beautiful water views of Annapolis! The right candidate will: • Arrive on time ready to work from 7:30 AM to 4 PM Monday through Friday. • Have a great attitude. • Be able to pick up and move 30 lbs. • Be detail oriented. • Be willing to work full time, outdoors, in the heat and cold. • Be willing to learn as much as possible.
