Locally owned and operated home energy contractor looking to hire several highly motivated and positive installation technicians for its growing team. The person in this role is responsible for performing installation of energy retrofits, including but not limited to air sealing, insulation, radiant barrier, duct repair, windows, doors, and other energy related products. The ideal candidate will have: • The ability to follow and perform installation procedures for energy retrofit work in homes • The ability to lift 50 pounds • A valid driver’s license • Reliable transportation • Ability to pass drug test Two or more years of experience as an energy retrofit technician, HVAC/R installation, maintenance, service technician, or carpentry experience preferred.
