We are an environmental company specializing in Environmental Remediation's, Hazmat Cleanups and Emergency Response Services geared toward the oil and gas industry as well as industrial, manufacturing and highway transport industries. We are currently in need of a field specialist to join our team. Job Summary: The candidate must have a safety-first mindset and be able to demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible to fulfill client needs. We are looking for a dedicated individual who can work efficiently in high stress and dangerous conditions. We have a small team based culture so the ideal candidate will be able and willing to pitch in wherever needed. This position includes significant field work, requiring a flexible schedule with occasional overtime for emergency response callouts and larger projects. Key Responsibilities: Willing and able to work in a field environment Make on-the-fly adjustments to project to satisfy the client and project scope Prepare supplies and materials prior to project Drive company truck and/or trailer to and from work sites in a safe and efficient manner Use and continually develop leadership skills Work with upper and lateral management to ensure proper and successful job completion Follow all safety protocols and regulation and ensure the health and safety of site workers Operate light field equipment such as skid steers, backhoes and other heavy equipment Qualifications and Skills: Must have a current driver’s license Experience in field or industrial setting Familiarity with light field equipment such as skid steers, backhoes, etc. Advanced time management and analytical skills Commercial Driver's license (CDL Class A) a plus Mechanic and/or welding experience a plus
