APPLY NOW for FULL time positions 40 hours M-F. We have immediate openings and are willing to train you how to become a great screen printer working as an apprentice. However, we will accept screen printers for this position as well. We are looking for team players that are passionate about producing decorated apparel that is trendy and often time seen on TV and around town, that you can say...I DID THAT! This is an industry full of immediate gratification. You get to see the project from start to finish and produce a great product in a fun, fast paced and friendly environment. Attention to detail and a passion for quality are our primary concern. If you are a quick learner and enjoy a fast paced environment where the day flies by and you still have fun doing it, then this job is for you! Benefits include: One week paid vacation/PTO after the first year, and eligibility for healthcare after the first 6 months. 3 Main holidays are paid after the first year of employment. Yearly bonuses are possible based on each departments profit and loss for the year. We have 4 main departments. Screen printing where we need 2-3 team players. Embroidery where we need 2 additional Tajima machine operators. DTG where we need 1 Brother GTX operator. Promotional products where we need Sales and receiving/office team player. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES to be discussed in person based on which position is the best fit for you and we cross train from there to help you move up the ladder internally. Core work hours: Must be able to work Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (this may be adjusted for peak periods). Screen printing may move to an earlier time during the hot months of summer.
