Adler Brothers Construction, Inc., Local family Excavation and Land Development business of 40 years Seeking: Potential 2 positions available - General Laborer - Experienced Excavation / Construction Laborer Full time positions Good Benefits Available to start now. General Laborer: Duties would include errands for parts, shop cleaning, vehicle cleaning, light maintenance duties around properties including janitorial such as window cleaning, vacuuming, changing air filters, painting, weeding, weed trimming, lawn mowing, power washing, etc. Some experience with light power equipment and landscaping required. Could occasionally overlap with some site related laboring out in the field but this position does not require site related specific experience. Experienced Site Laborer: Experience with excavation, underground utilities, sewer, water, electric, drainage, retaining walls and general site development. A general knowledge of this scope is required with a minimum of 3 years. Both Positions: Start times could be 6:00 - 7:00 am -must be punctual Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds Must be willing to work in inclement weather Would be a plus if able to help with snow shoveling in the winter, with some early morning starts. Current Valid driver's license and dependable transportation required
