Need a handyman to adjust a 4-6 windows in my condo near Wilson red line stop, the sashes have come loose over past decade and want them tightened and also possibly removing and plywood covering one window until a replacement frame can be ordered and can be installed (not sure if sash has totally failed on that one). Can be flexible on meeting time between 9am - 6pm weekdays, noon - 6pm weekends. You must provide any needed tools, hardware store nearby for any needed extra supplies. Thank you.
