The Impact You’ll Make in this Role As a Warehouse Operator, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Operating powered industrial vehicles to fill customer and branch orders Loading and unloading stock Moving stock around by hand or by using lifting gear or PIV Checking for damaged or missing items Filling, packing and labeling orders per established procedures & customer requirements. Process orders and inventory paperwork according to established procedures. Assemble, verify and move orders to appropriate loading areas according to established procedures What 3M Offers: Starting pay $18.36-$18.91, dependent upon open positions $ 2,500 SIGN ON BONUS!!! Your Skills and Expertise  To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications: High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from accredited institution. Weekend work, working overtime and holidays as needed. Working a 2nd or 3rd shift, depending on shift availability Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Minimum one (1) year of experience in a warehouse operations role in a private, public, government of military environment Demonstrated attention to detail Strong written & verbal communication skills Basic computer skills Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
