We are looking for an experienced lawn care applicator to join our growing team. Our lawn care applicator is responsible for providing lawn care services to residential and commercial clients including turf and bed fertilization, weed control, and diagnosis of turf problems. Key Responsibilities & Performance Deliverables: • Perform the Dowco Differences on every site, delivering top-quality professional work on all jobs; • Coach, develop, and hold accountable licensed technicians; • Perform assigned production within budgeted labor hours; • Diagnose turf problems; • Stock and prepare truck with necessary product and equipment as needed; • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including the worksite, trucks, shop, and equipment; • Generate new leads & enhancements; • Hit hourly and monthly sales goals; • Assist in ensuring that required materials & equipment are acquired and ready for treatments; • Coordinate equipment care and maintenance with mechanics; • Flexibility to perform other types of work during off-peak seasons, i.e. snow events. Requirements: • Valid Missouri Driver’s license; • Current Missouri Commercial Applicator License Category 3; • Minimum of 2 years of practical experience; • Ability to work in varying outdoor weather conditions; • Ability to repetitively lift 50 pounds.
