Looking for full time tech with 3 years experience in the following areas of repair and maintenance.
Basic electrical repair and troubleshooting, Basic plumbing repair and troubleshooting, Door and lock repair, Able to replace faucets, rebuild toilets, repair copper plumbing leaks, replace switches and outlets, install light fixtures. Basic drywall repair, door and window repair.
Must have tools, truck and willing to work Monday thru Friday 9-5 weekend off unless you are motivated to work additional hours. Starting pay equal to experience. Starting pay $35.00 / $50.00 per hr. biased upon experience as a 1099 contractor. Also have full time in house position available with full Medical, Dental and Vision, 401k, and vacation.
