JOB DESCRIPTION: REMODELER $16-$25/HR depending on your experience level. (helping our crew leader with daily tasks) Above all we want someone who has the following characteristics… 1. Energetic, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, honest and exhibits exceptional integrity 2. Has the heart of a teacher and is still willing to learn 3. Has a 2-3 years, or more, of remodeling experience 4. Has some tools of the trade 5. Able to work well with a crew or alone 6. Able to take direction well 7. Willing to learn with enthusiasm 8. Clean MVR 9. Can pass a drug test and background check
