Be able to manage extension ladders up to 40 ft., work at heights, and must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs frequently. Must be able to bend, twist, and turn body at shoulders, waist, and knees to handle and install lighting in and around gutters and drip edge flashing. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time. Applicants should have high energy, be self-motivated, able to follow directions, have the ability to troubleshoot and not a fear of heights. Qualifications - Must have a valid driver's license. Individual Requirements - Experience on roofs Experience with hand tools Electrical experience a plus Hard Working, Motivated, Outgoing, Kind, Professional, Timely, Honest, and Trustworthy, Good driving record.
