Part Time Janitor Needed - Experience Required

***NO COMPANIES OR PHONE CALLS PLEASE*** Midway Machine & Instrument Company, Inc. located at 704 Arizona Street, South Houston, TX 77587 is looking to hire ONE person to completely clean offices, kitchen, bathrooms and other industrial areas as needed. Duties to include wiping down baseboards, walls, windows, sweeping and mopping floors, vacuuming carpeted areas, taking out trash, cleaning inside of refrigerators and microwaves to name a few. Must have good organizational skills to use when cleaning offices and desks, MUST pick items up and clean underneath them NOT around them. We supply the cleaning supplies but you must have knowledge to know how and where to use them. Schedule will be every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 6:30 am to 3 pm with a 30 minute lunch break. There may be some ocassions when you will be asked to work hours or days in addition to this schedule as needed. You will receive a 1099 tax form for income tax purposes. Must have janitorial background (experience) to be considered. Pay will be $9.00 per hour. Must have reliable transportation to get to and from work.
