Window Cleaner Needed ASAP!!! Duties: Cleaning of interior and exterior residential windows and screens Cleaning tracks, and seals Gutter cleaning Work at ground level as well as use ladders to reach upper floor windows To perform this job successfully, applicant must demonstrate competency in the following areas: Always arrive to work on time (9AM) Be able to drive to jobsites. Be neatly dressed Be able to follow directions Complete jobs in timely fashion Get to the next job on time Care for tools and equipment MUST OWN A DEPENDABLE VEHICLE!!!with proper insurance & a valid driver license Know your way around local communities or ability to read a map Climbing ladders Demonstrate ability to work alone Think on your feet Intelligently discuss job with clients Key Skills and Traits: Willingness to work outdoors Awareness of safety requirements The willingness to learn how to use appropriate tools The ability to communicate clearly with your dispatcher and clients. QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
