Position available for properly maintenance work in the Dayton, OH and surrounding areas. Must have experience in the property preservation industry. Jobs include lock changes, lawn care, debris removals, winterizations, janitorial cleaning. roofing, plumbing and various other bid/maintenance work. Travel outside of normal area will be compensated. Required equipment is generator, compressor, lawn equipment, trailer, computer/printer and I-phone/Android for taking and transmitting photos.
