Position Title: Inventory Cycle Counter Wage: $19.00/hour Shift: 1st Hours: 6:00am – 2:30pm Are you simply working for the weekend? Apply now to begin your meaningful career through QPS! QPS Employment Group has a great opportunity available for an Inventory Cycle Counter at a company in Windsor, WI. This is a direct hire position for 1st shift. Apply now! Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Perform daily inventory cycle counts - Follow and implement approved cycle counting schedules - Research and reconcile inventory discrepancies - Publish weekly and quarterly inventory metrics - Conduct regular physical verification to determine the actual quantity and account for variances - Ensure materials are in proper locations - Conduct searches in order to locate misclassified inventory - Coordinate inventory balance adjustments by performing reconciliation to update the computer - Count key supplies weekly Requirements: - Previous experience in warehousing, shipping, receiving and/or material handling - Previous cycle counting experience preferred - Strong attention to detail - Excellent analytical and problem solving skills - Good keyboarding skills - Excellent math skills - Good computer skills in use of Microsoft, Windows, Excel, etc. - Able to work independently - Excellent communication and organizational skills Benefits: - Insurance (health, dental, life, disability) - Vacation - 401k - Profit sharing QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the Midwest.
