Looking for a property runner to assist with the mobile home title transfer process and for general errand support. Most tasks will be in north/north eastern Indiana area (mainly around Fort Wayne and Etna Green, IN). Job pays $15/hour and cost of fuel will be reimbursed in full. This is a project-based job so once all titles have been transferred the project may end unless we have additional property errands. This job is best for someone who has a flexible daily schedule. Requirements: -Be familiar with google calendar and google drive -Must be fluent in English (fluent in Spanish as well is a big plus) -Must have reliable transportation that you can access at any time -Polite, punctual, and professional -Willing to have a background check completed To apply please send: -Your resume in PDF format -What days you are available to work
