As a Pool Monitor working in our HOA division, you will coordinate all operations of the pool and ensure proper maintenance. The pool is open every day of the week from 10:00am to 10:00pm. You Are: ·         Dependable: You can always be counted on to do your job and do it well. You don’t cut corners, are reliable, and live and work with integrity. ·         Responsible: You’re acutely aware of your surroundings and of others, and use sound judgement in all situations – especially in emergencies. ·         Engaging: You thrive on connecting with people, and love building relationships. ·         Experienced: You are at least 18 years of age, and are capable of working in different weather conditions with exposure to the elements. If you have previous gym, clubhouse, or pool experience with knowledge of pool chemistry, that’s even better! You Will: ·         Open and close the pool facility, and ensure all proper pool equipment is in proper working order. ·         Supervise all patrons in and around the pool area, and enforce all pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe and fun environment at all times. ·         Test pool chemicals and monitor and maintain the pool filtration system, and oversee any necessary maintenance. ·         Initiate and create friendly relationships with pool patrons, guests, and staff. ·         Maintain a safe and clean swimming environment for all pool patrons.
