Skilled Maintenance Technician
Requirements:
-2 years Apartment Maintenance experience preferred
-Knowledge and capability of completing a variety general maintenance tasks
-On-call availability
-Must have positive attitude
-Great customer service skills
-Self-Starter
-Ability to work as a team or independently
-Possess valid ODL
General scope of work:
-Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
-General maintenance
-Electrical Maintenance/Repair
-Basic Appliance Maintenance/Repair
-Basic Plumbing
-Sheetrock Repair
-Painting
-Carpentry
-Pool Testing/Maintenance
-Light grounds maintenance
-Hvac repair a bonus
