Applicants must have general knowledge in a variety of skilled trades including elements of construction/installation, uses, repair and maintenance, including: • Basic drywall • Make Ready Skills • Basic Plumbing • Carpentry • Basic electrical Experience preferred in: • HVAC (Certification a plus but not required) • Housing industry Requirements: Maintain physical condition appropriate to the performance of assigned duties and responsibilities which may include the following: • Walking or standing for extended periods of time • Operating assigned equipment and vehicles • Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Must have own basic tools and transportation.
