Brand new, never used. (Was going to use to hike with cat, but then got 2nd cat....) This has handles, extenstion and wheels for pulling, and very comfortable back straps. It is 16" tall, 12" wide, 10" deep, so think would fit on plane? It has 3 sturdy mesh windows, pocket for things. It was over $100.
