Insurcomm, Inc based in Portsmouth, New Hampshire is currently looking for restoration technicians. Experience within the insurance industry a plus. Primary duties consist of drying out buildings, performing demo as needed and assisting in mold and fire remediation projects. Duties: In plant processing: On location cleaning: Water damage services Mold remediation Fire Cleaning Bio-Hazard General Duties Being available for routine on call emergency services and after-hours work. Responsible for the finished product. Quality and efficiency. Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe job site. Updating production management on any changes in details of project. Following written production procedures. Daily completion of tracking paperwork, timecards, checkout forms and other necessary paperwork. Maintenance and cleaning of equipment Vehicle maintenance and cleaning Facility janitorial work as requested. Assistance with Packout and cleaning service Carpet cleaning duties Other duties as assigned. Physical requirements Must lift heavy items up to 50lbs on a routine basis Employees will be working with cleaning, deodorization and antimicrobial products on a daily basis. Gloves, respirators and splash goggles are available for use. Employees may be required routinely climb ladders and work in high places. Position requirements Work Day 7:30am-4pm. Report time may change depending on the particular project. Your manager will let you know when this time will change.
