Our ideal candidate can:
• Help our clients be the envy of their neighborhoods with lush, weed-free lawns
• Have and maintain a clean driving record
• Be self-motivated and detailed oriented
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members
• Understand basic math
• Learn about and identify turf pests and diseases
Salary Range and Benefits:
$18+ per hour depending on experience and ability (more if you're certified)
Monthly cell phone allowance provided
Paid time off after 90 days
$500 hiring bonus after 90 days with continuous employment and good attendance
Incentive program with performance based bonuses
Paid industry certification and continuing education opportunities
