JOIN THE AELMI TEAM! OUR LANDSCAPE DIVISION IS HIRING! Multiple positions available from $13 per hour to $50k+ annually. Accountabilities Perform work as assigned in a professional and timely manner Essential Responsibilities: - Work in unity with the Crew Supervisor, Division Managers and District Managers - Ensure and maintain work quality of crew - Work in unison to meet customer’s expectations and communicate with customer - Have working knowledge of running all equipment involved in installation of landscape design - Ensure job is complete prior to leaving jobsite - Quality control of accounts - Check oil levels in equipment and vehicle daily - Inspect equipment daily and notify Supervisor of any issues - Insure equipment and truck is fueled daily - Assist in keeping trucks and shop clean and organized - Foster a team environment by: --Maintain open channels of communication --Treat all people with respect --Be a team player Basic Skills and Abilities: - Perform basic math calculations (i.e. add, subtract, multiply and divide) - Stand; walk; crouch; stoop; kneel; reach with hands and arms; talk; hear - Occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds - Endure extreme weather elements for extended periods of time (wind, rain, cold, heat and humidity) - Enjoys learning new skills - Expected to maintain good personal hygiene and present a professional appearance Certifications/Requirements: Valid State Driver’s License; Must maintain a driving record that is insurable Apply online:
