Qualifications-
Must be calm in Chaotic Situations
Friendly, polite, well spoken, and easily understood
Knowledge of Current Alcohol Laws
Knowledge of Identification Laws
Responsibilities-
Meet with the Closing Manager on Duty for a pre-shift meeting to review any special events for the evening and any specific goals for the night.
Greet all guests
Help keep the restaurant tidy to prevent accidents.
Help pre-bus tables and remove empty beer bottles and glassware
Remove Dirty Plates from tables
Help keep the floor free of spills
Empty Ashtrays on the patio
Look for guests showing signs of intoxication and alert management
Under the Direction of the manager on duty, help maintain a safe environment for all guests. Ensure that all guests have a good time.
Help guests out of the building at closing time, and remove alcoholic beverages at closing time.
Hours are 9pm until closing time Wednesday-Saturday.
Pay is $13-$15 per hour plus a meal.
About 20 hours a week.
