Need a part time maintenance/repair person to work for me managing all of my rental properties. There are 11 right now and counting. I need someone reliable, loyal, fair, responsible, and does the job RIGHT. Items range from HVAC work, drywall repair, fixture and furniture repair, small electrical items, occasional landscaping, plumbing leaks.... list goes on. I need someone who can be at a property at a moments notice. There will be more work as I grow.
