Qualified 'buskers'

Description
So, eventually venues will open and post Covid performing opportunities will surface. But at what level of quality and control? And paid how much? This is a small town, with not too many places where playing out equates to getting paid enough to make the effort. Before Covid, musicianship was already a dying breed, no longer seriously employable (due to DJ service, EDM & venue managers, dicating terms & conditions of our livelihoods). Well I have a better idea, this time around - Stop being a puppet at venues & make our own "busking performances". Pocket 100% of earnings, which would end up being far more than your cut from a greedy venue! Musicians who did this, would obviously need to be wicked talented...breathtaking performers with excellent gear and experience to improvise and entertain, near a street corne r (Old Town area, where tourists and locals hang out). Imagine an organized group of mobile musicians...portable gear to set up & tear down easily. Performing instrumental music, not harsh to ears to any generation of spectator. Just clean, slower tempo, progressive, instrumental, music - performed live at a level low enough to not get shut down. If the musicianship is REALLY good, tips will flow. Some of us have a lot of seasoned experience from the past, when times were different. We have top notch gear, with chops to follow. I for one, plan to take destiny into my own hands and start organizing very well orchestrated "busking" events. Any VERY good musicians reading? With top notch, easily transportable gear? Want the chance to go outside, in busy public settings..and show off your talent? Actually feature it? And pocket the ALL all the earnings? Move people with raw, talented performances. Compassionate tips will follow. I am an alpha guitarist, with the ability to lead these kinds of events. I can improvise, forever. Classically trained, with a palates of emotional chording arrangements. But I can't do this alone. Need counterparts to really dazzle. So...what do YOU play? And would you like to be a soloist (featured, not just a background player)? Here is how to be qualifed: Have extreme talent and your own personal set of stereo monitors. Thats it. Watch this video, see the strategy I have in mind. And reply here, if qualified - https://youtu.be/KVxFvjAhToA PS - have received replies but remember to mention what kind of mobile gear you own. We want players who don't have heavy/bulky gear.
