Looking for flooring/ remodel assistant

Good afternoon. I have a small business where I do flooring installations, Baseboard installation, Bathroom remodels, and offer exterior painting services. I am insured and currently looking for someone who ideally can work these sporadic jobs with me side by side as I build my business. The right candidate just needs to be reliable (Shows up on time and ready to work sober), able to lift at least 50 lbs at a time, dress clean and professional for the job, and have some flooring/ painting installation knowledge. It is a plus if you have installation experience and can lay tile but I can teach anyone. The job starts off as an apprentice @ $13/hour full time with 30 day performance reviews for an opportunity to increase pay to the right person if they prove to be asset.
