Construction Project Manager / Onsite / Owner’s Representative: Seeking an onsite owner’s construction project manager with at least 10 years’ experience in mid-rise hotel or resort construction. Candidate must be experienced in all trades to provide high level quality assurance of all construction disciplines. Project Manager will be responsible for management of all owners administrative and field operations, including management of General Contractor. Must be able to work independently with limited supervision and provide high-level communications with the client. Must be capable and comfortable running meetings at the executive level. Initial project assignment is located in north Brevard County Florida.
