Well established Self Storage Facility is hiring a Part Time Cleaning/Maintenance position. This position reports directly to the Facility Manager. Daily inspection of the facility to insure property is clean and check storage units for any move outs. Clean units and interior buildings, wiping down doors, pickup trash, cleaning hallways, office and bathrooms. Also preform Light general maintenance projects as scheduled. Monitor the physical condition of the property and reports any maintenance issues to the Facility Manager. Other duties as assigned.
This position is 5-6 hrs a day from 9am-2pm & only 2-3 days a week. Send email with experience to be considered.
