JOB TITLE: General Helper SCHEDULE: Part Time, 4-5 Hours a day (Monday – Saturday) SALARY: $15/HR REPORTS TO: Chief Executive Officer Mohammad Ishaq and Ayesha Ishaq SCOPE OF WORK The primary responsibility of the General Helper is the daily maintenance of the vehicles, which includes but is not limited to interior/exterior cleaning, inspection of vehicles for aesthetic, mechanical or electrical problems, cleaning the garage(s), running errands as needed and directed, performing miscellaneous tasks around the compound as directed. GENERAL HELPER TASKS: • Clean Interior/Exterior of vehicles as required and/or directed. • Conduct vehicle inspections prior and after travel to ensure the following:  Cleanliness (Interior/Exterior)  Gas and fluid levels  Identify safety, mechanical or electrical issues.  Identify Interior/Exterior damage ***Immediately report any/all safety, mechanical, electrical, or aesthetic issues to CEO. • Schedule and transport company vehicles to and from service and repair appointments. o Maintain vehicle service and repair log. • Verify information on vehicle registrations are accurate and current, and the tags are present and readable. o Provide ample notification to CEO when vehicle registration and tags are near expiration. • Clean and organization of garage(s), ensuring items in garage are stacked/stored in a safe and orderly manner, removal of any stains, spills, or debris from floor. • Perform Miscellaneous tasks around the compound as needed and/or directed i.e., moving furniture, painting, taking out/bringing in trash cans, light fixture installations, etc. REQUIREMENTS • High School diploma or equivalent • Solid, verifiable work history • Handyman/Maintenance experience • Clean DMV History • Clean Background SKILLS • Multitasker • Organized • Self-Starter • Ethical & Trustworthy • Professional • Strong work ethic • Flexible/Adaptable • Fast Learner and Worker • Detail-oriented • Respectful • Discreet • Problem-solver • Good Communication skills
