We are currently seeking skilled and motivated individuals for full time employment as a Laborer/Equipment Operator. The candidate should be willing to learn, have a strong work ethic, have strong attention to detail and want to become a long term member of the Lantek family. Responsibilities: - Set vaults and handholes. - Pothole existing underground utilities using hand tools and/or hydrovac. - Operate and maintain construction equipment and assigned vehicles - Assist crew in daily task of excavation, trenching and installing conduit. - Work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality service and timeliness in daily operations. Qualifications: - Ability to lift up to 50- 75 lbs. - Possess a valid Drivers license and a clean driving record. - Class A CDL preferred and/or willing to obtain within 90 days of hire - Pass a pre-employment background check, MVR check and drug screening. - Be proficient at running Mini – X/Skidsteer. - Mechanically inclined is preferred but not necessary.
