Luxury Apartment Community looking for a Maintenance Technician with : .HVAC Experience .EPA Certification a plus .Appliance troubleshooting and repair knowledge (washers, dryers, refrigerators, stoves, etc.) .Painting, drywall, carpentry experience .Clean criminal background .Reliable transportation to, from, and at work with a valid driver's license .Performance of maintenance requests, punch outs, and other general community duties .Team Player and Positive Attitude Here's the only catch... This job requires that the technician is on call once a month for a week in the evenings and on weekends in case of any maintenance emergencies.
