Party Solutions in a small family owned Party Rental company that provides rental needs to customers in Corona, Ca and all surrounding areas. We pride ourselves on being able to provide excellent customer service and we are looking for someone to help lead the way. Previous management experience is a must!! (minimum 2 years experience) Previous Party Rental industry experience is a BONUS!!!! Job Description: Provides direct supervision and support to warehouse staff and drivers. Maintains warehouse staff by interviewing, hiring and training all new hires. Motivates employee's through development of incentive programs. Manages company inventory. Applies logical thinking to a wide range of problems. Provides excellent customer service over the phone, in person and via e-mail. (when needed) Responsible for order tracking and follow-ups. Promotes customer service and teamwork. Basic maintenance and repairs to equipment as needed. Job Type: Full-time
