Pour Small Concrete Walkway

We want to add a walkway to our side room. The walkway is going to have to contour to the 2 trees there. In the picture, the walkway extends about 6 feet to the patio that already has concrete. So the total area is about 4 feet wide (about because of the trees and need to go around them) and 14 feet to front of house + 6 feet on the side. So roughly 20' x 4' concrete area. We will need your help to dig the soil to minimum depth.. I'll lay down 1-2 conduits for future low voltage wire runs... and you will pour the concrete in (and do the finishing on it). Please let me know the rough cost (or range) - material + labor. I understand it might be different when you see it in person... we'll meet in person first to confirm scope of work. Please also send me a few pictures of similar jobs. We are ready to start this ASAP. Thanks!
