Luxury cleaning service seeks an employee that will be responsible for the overall cleaning and appearance of current and/or prospective clients. The ideal candidate will have experience cleaning, attention to detail, fast, efficient, punctual, and highly motivated. This position is for a non-exempt 1099 independent contractor. JOB DUTIES ______________ • Time management • Coordination • Cleans office,units, public access areas and models as directed. This includes but is not limited to mopping, dusting, and vacuuming and trash removal. • Cleans apartments completely after move-out or make ready in order to prepare for new residents. • Keeps model units and public access areas clean and maintains these areas. • Monitors and reports on the inventory of cleaning supplies. • Maintains the housekeeping items in a neat and organized fashion. • Reports any maintenance concerns or repairs • Provides assistance to maintenance staff and other staff members as needed. • Maintains open communication with company management. • Represents the company in a professional manner at all times. MUST BE TRUSTWORTHY. MUST BE WILLING TO UNDERGO DRUG TESTED AND BACKGROUND CHECK. NO EXCEPTIONS. MUST HAVE RELIABLE CAR AND DRIVERS LICENSE. OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS: ________________________ • Before and after photos of units • Assists with clean-up at resident functions. • Delivers various communications to residents as needed. • Attends and participates in training seminars as requested. • May be required to drive motorized vehicle to run errands and/or pick up supplies. • Performs other duties as assigned. SKILLS. ABILITIES, EXPERIENCE _________________________________ • High school education preferred but not required. • Excellent communication and organizational skills. • At least one year of experience of doing similar duties is required. ************** PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING CONDITIONS ___________________________________________________________ The physical demands described below are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Requires the ability to sit or stand for long periods of time, with frequent interruptions, including reaching, bending, or carrying. Requires manual ability. With normal hand/finger movement and coordination. Talking, hearing, and seeing are important elements of completing assigned tasks Occasionally lifts, carries, positions, or moves objects weighing up to 25 pounds Working environment is typically inside, may occasionally work outside. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT _______________________________________________________ • The work environment and physical demands described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, and sit. The employee is occasionally required to reach with arms, hands and fingers; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and smell. Occasionally lifts, carries, positions, or moves objects weighing up to 25 pounds. The working environment is typically in an office setting, with an occasional need to leave the premises for business purposes. • The Housekeeper may work non-traditional hours, to include mornings, evenings, or weekends in order to complete work. Employer may also require employees to attend company meetings and training programs; may require additional travel outside of assigned community. • Property employees are required to comply with the company uniform policy.
