Looking for artists to participate in a Music Festival and Artist Competition to occur September 16-19. Any genre, type, or performance encouraged to sign up. Slots available for September 16 and 17 from 6pm to 10pm September 18 from noon to 8pm September 19 is the Artist Competition/Battle of the Bands All happening at Carteret Park in Carteret, NJ during their annual Ethnic Day and Charity Carnival Celebration.
