Description

An industrial fabrics manufacturer needs a warehouse worker/assistant slitting operator for slitting master rolls to the customer requested sizes. The Operator must have basic reading and math skills. Mechanical and problem-solving abilities are necessary. Must be proficient with reading a ruler. Worker must be able to lift heavy rolls with assistance. Worker needed to assist in the unloading of containers. A Forklift license is a plus. Strong work ethics and being a team player are important. Operating slitting machine including preparations for slitting and getting the material ready to be shipped Located on the Wyckoff/Hawthorne border. Applicant must have had or be willing to have Covid-19 vaccination(s). Mask required for unvaccinated employees when social distancing not possible.
