Some, but not all the responsibilities will include- Managing and dispatching the orders coming into our TMS system. Hiring additional drivers as order volume increases as well as removing poorly performing currier’s. Quality control and timely service are our biggest priorities. If there is an overflow of orders and a shortage of drivers you will be expected to fill in when needed. Compensation- This is a commission based position, but on a (per order basis).
