Looking for my Nanday Conure - Petrie

I'm searching for my Nanday Conure that I rehomed early - mid 2019. I called him a he, but I don't know the sex for sure. His name was Petrie and he could say "step up" and make kissy noises. I raised him from 3 weeks old so he was as nice as could be, at least when I had him of course. I rehomed him to a man named Jon in the Seffner area who had him in an aviary in his back yard. I had talked to him about taking Petrie back and had always told him that if he became too much for him, I would take him back. When I wrote him that I was ready to take him back, he told me he had rehomed him already. He didn't have the person's number or any other information to offer so I'm grasping at straws to find him at this point. I rehomed him with a large grey cage and a smaller beige cage with a brown detachable bottom. I stupidly never wrote his band number down, but I have attached two close up's of pictures that I was able to find that show the band at all. Thank you to anyone who might know where he is.
