Description
I need to modify a laundry washer so the agitator's motor and pump will bypass the circuit board and run directly from the AC power.
It is a NEW, 2020-ish, belt-driven, top-agitator washer. It is not a traditional/mechanical top-agitator and it does not have a direct drive. I already know how to modify a traditional washer with a direct drive to bypass the mechanical controls. I am trying to learn how to bypass the computer controls on a belt-driven, modern washer.
I got the pump working, but I haven't been able to get the agitator motor to work yet.
The power is supplied via a switch. The motor and pump should activate when the switch is turned on, and they should deactivate when the switch is turned off. There is a capacitor that should be included in the circuit.
