Description

We are looking for a CDL Driver for the following job duties Drives tractor trailer and delivers product in an efficient, timely, courteous, and accurate manner within DOT time regulationsLoads and unloads cases of product manually with hook, hand cart, or pallet jack on and off the truckEnsures load is properly secured prior to travel and at each stop, making adjustments as neededProcesses delivery on handheld device, prints receipts for customer, and occasionally collects payments by checkReconciles and submits customer paperwork and depositsListens to and resolves customer complaintsPromotes sales of new productStocks and rotates product on shelves and in cold roomResets product displaysCompletes all DOT paperwork including pre- and post- trip inspections, driver logs, and vehicle service reportsMaintains a clean, sanitary, and safe work areaFollows all required work safe practicesReports any food safety and quality related issues immediatelyPerforms other duties as assigned You would be great for this role if you: Possess and can maintain a CDL Class A licenseHave a clean traffic history/MVRHave basic math skillsCan sit, stand, walk, bend, push, pull, and climb into and out of truck virtually the entire shiftCan lift up to 50 poundsCan work a flexible schedule including overtime, weekends, and holidays Starting pay at $24.00 Benefits that Meadow Gold employees enjoy:MedicalDentalVisionFlexible Spending Accounts401(k)Paid Time OffCompany Paid HolidaysTemporary Disability InsuranceFree and discounted products Meadow Gold is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
