Stretches incorporated throughout the class will tone and elongate your body. Appropriate for all fitness levels! What is DropSound at Pier 62? Turn Pier 62 into your own private studio but still be surrounded by people.  With DropSound noise-reducing headphones, fitness goers can enjoy their own personal practice, free of outside noises and distractions. It's just you, the music, and the instructor. To safely participate, we require participants to be injury-free and in reasonably good health. Arrive promptly to secure your spot! The class will be held outdoors with a limit of 30 participants. Completing an on-site waiver, and social distancing is required. Children must participate with an adult, no drop-offs. Participants are asked to arrive 20 mins before class, dress for the weather, bring a water bottle."
