NOW HIRING!!!! $500 BONUS FOR MAINTENANCE TECHICIAN (restrictions apply) Prospera Property Management is seeking a Property Manager, Maintenance Technician and Porter in the San Antonio TX area. The Maintenance Technician will maintain buildings and perform tasks including caulking, painting, basic painting, basic electrical, plumbing, repairing windows, flooring, janitorial. The Porter will be responsible for maintaining the grounds, maintain the physical appearance, curb appeal and upkeep of the property. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: *Maintenance Technician - 2-5 years experience required. Must have a Valid Class “C” Texas Driver’s License and must be able to provide copy of GED/High School Diploma *Porter - This is an entry level position, three months related experience needed.
