Our commercial painting & drywall company is in need of full-time painters/Drywall Hangers/Framers/Finishers who understand the industry's best practices and apply them to every aspect of their work. You will be responsible for rehabbing, prepping, and painting interiors and exteriors of commercial properties. Requirements: -Must have 3+ years of trade experience in commercial/residential spaces. -Must be eligible to work in the US. -Must have a valid driver's license and ability to travel. -(painters) must have their own painting tools. (brushes, rollers, extension poles, etc.) Job Description: -Installing wood/metal framing -Hanging Drywall -Masking and preparing structure surfaces for coatings. -Performing exterior and interior painting of commercial buildings, steel, equipment, structures, etc. -Utilizing brush, spray gun, or paint roller to accurately paint various surfaces. -Loading, unloading, preparing, and cleaning of job sites, materials, and tools -Cleaning and maintaining equipment by removing all traces of paint. -Responsible for the setup and execution of tasks on scaffolding and ladders.
