Owner, Will Matthews and partner, Zack Mottershead met in school at Kent State University studying entrepreneurship. Will is from New Orleans, Louisiana and Zack is from Hudson, Ohio. We provide authentic New Orleans food to the northeast region of Ohio through mobility of a food truck. All recipes are rooted from the Matthews’s family and friends. We are here to provide the next best experience of getting food, hospitality, and culture of New Orleans without taking the actual trip.
