Yoga for You Taught by Eclipse Leavy Laughing Fox Metacine (RYT 200; Trained in Trauma informed yoga, Yin Yoga and functional anatomy ) Yoga for You-- Gentle Whether you've been practicing yoga for years or you've never stepped on a yoga mat before, this slower paced class is appropriate for all levels. Everyone needs a reminder to breathe, stretch and unclench your jaw sometimes. This class is a carefully crafted blend of mindfulness based movement, functional anatomy, self-care and play to create a gentle full body experience. Each sequence includes a centering/breathing technique and a short flow which can be modified to fit the specific needs of the students. Self-care techniques and tools such as affirmations, self-love exercises, visualizations and reiki are often included. This class is one hour and 15 minutes long. Please arrive 5 minutes prior to class time to ensure yourself time to settle into the space. Donation based class (Suggested donation $5-15)
