The Columbus Fiery Foods Festival is returning to Downtown Columbus Saturday, August 28 and Sunday, August 29. Join us for a weekend of hot and spicy as the Columbus Fiery Foods Festival returns to downtown Columbus on Saturday, August 28 and Sunday, August 29. Festival-goers can expect to satisfy their need for heat by sampling everything from BBQ to salsa to sweet treats with a kick from various restaurants, hot sauce and salsa makers, and other specialty vendors. The event will also feature a market with crafters and artisans. Guests will also have the opportunity to participate in a variety of contests including Hot Pizza Eating, Hot Wings Eating, and Hot Pepper Eating Contest. Entry information TBA in the coming weeks. This year the event will take over the Main Street Bridge located at 303 West Main Street, Columbus, Ohio 43215. A portion of the festival's proceeds will benefit the children's charity CD1025 for the kids. Festival Hours: Saturday, August 28 from 11 a.m.-8 p.m. and Sunday, August 29 from Noon-7 p.m. General Admission is only $10 and is valid all weekend! Children 12 years and under are free but must be accompanied by an adult. **A special $5 pre-sale ticket is available now until August 16, 2021. There is no age minimum to attend but guests wishing to consume alcoholic beverages must present a valid government issues photo ID. How can I contact the organizer with any questions? Refunds or exchanges are not permitted.  Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? You may bring your printed ticket to the event to show at our main ticket booth.   Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends? The name on the ticket does not have to match the attendee. All attendees will have their printed or mobile tickets scanned at our main ticket booth.     CD92.9 for the Kids Charity was designed as an avenue for WWCD to be able to better utilize the power of our airwaves to support local charities that are committed to helping children and families in need throughout Central Ohio. CD92.9 is locally owned and operated with a strong philanthropic philosophy of giving back to the community by using the resources available to us while incorporating our staff, listener, and clients.
