General Contracting company currently seeking professional worker to work on interior painting and maintenance repairs of residential buildings throughout the NYC area. We are looking for skilled, responsible, and hard-working individuals to assist in maintaining our projects. Steady work is provided year-round in New York City Area and a full time schedule which will include maintenance duties as: Painting. Fixing kitchen cabinets. Installing kitchen cabinets. Install floor, bathroom or wall tiles. Replace door knobs, fixtures, and handles. Sinks, faucets, and medicine cabinets. You will work together with our inhouse team preparing vacant units ready to be rented. Must be 18 years of age or older Must be legal to work in the U.S. Must have 2+ years of painting experience Must have interior painting experience: painting plaster, spackling, prepping, etc.
