The Role The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the timely and complete resolution of maintenance and resident issues that occur at Zeus properties across the country. The Maintenance Supervisor quarterbacks in-home issues, dispatching the appropriate Zeus Maintenance Technician, local vendor, or property management partner to complete the work. This person is a critical member of our Operations team, directly impacting resident experience and helping to maintain the Zeus brand of friendly, quick, and complete service. We run an around-the-clock business and are looking for someone to provide critical support after hours and on weekends. As such, this position’s hours will be Friday - Tuesday 12 pm - 9 pm Pacific. Saturday - Sunday hours are flexible. While the majority of our team is based in SF and NY, this is a remote-friendly role. The salary for this role is $65k - $75k depending on experience. PLEASE APPLY HERE- What You'll Do: -Identify, build, and maintain relationships with reliable maintenance vendors across several cities -Create and schedule tasks for local maintenance technicians and adjust accordingly throughout the day using our internal scheduling system -Coordinate repair work with third-party maintenance vendors as needed and ensure work is completed satisfactorily and at the appropriate cost -Regularly review all open issues and update statuses in real-time in order to provide the Local Operations Team and Customer Experience Team with the most up to date information -Communicate proactively and effectively with Zeus residents, landlords, Maintenance Technicians, the Customer -Success team, and other Zeus teams to ensure that issues are prioritized and resolved appropriately -Follow up with building maintenance teams to ensure that maintenance issues have been resolved -Advocate for the resident where necessary, ensuring building maintenance teams meet our service SLAs -Ensure team honors residents’ permission to enter units to perform maintenance work Who We're Looking For: -A team player who can also solve problems independently -A self-starter who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment -Strong written and verbal communicator when engaging with landlords, residents, and contractors (a writing sample will be requested) -A strong intuitive sense of prioritization of issues -A knack for detail and efficient execution of tasks -Ability to adapt to change as our company grows Bonuses: -Startup experience or experience in the hospitality or property management industry -Experience working with tech products (eg, Slack, Front, G-Suite, Gladly) -Familiarity with home maintenance, multi-unit maintenance, and handyman work What We Offer: -100% medical, dental, and vision coverage for all employees and their dependents -Parking and commuter benefits -$1500 education or certification reimbursement per year -Daily lunch stipend + snacks and refreshments at our Warehouses -$150 work expenses stipend for all employees -20 days paid time off per year -16 weeks paid parental leave -12 company holidays -401K with a generous employer matching program -All roles receive stock options + annual stock grants
